Dr. Guinevere DeGrance

Personal Brief:
Dr. Gwen DeGrance came to St. Laudine's Academy in 1864 during the American Civil War. She received Doctorates from Yale, Harvard, and Dartmouth. Her leadership throughout the years at St. Laudine's Academy has helped the school to maintain strict secrecy, as per Dragon Council regulations, for over a century with no major concerns of revealing the existence of the Awlyn to the general public.

Lineage:
Dr. DeGrance is one of the few remaining Dragons.

Tina G. Szulborski

Personal Brief:
Ms. Szulborski came to us in 2001, when she first began the plans that have paved our way into the online universe. Her suggestions have allowed us to better serve our students, their parents, and all of the Awlyn. She often spends her free time tending to the beehives on the campus's west lawn.

Professor Alexander Singh

Advisor, Eridanus Fellowship

Personal Brief:
Professor Singh joined the faculty at St. Laudine's Academy in the mid-1990s. A former student at St. Laudine's Academy, Professor Singh has returned to help guide new students through their astronomy courses. Members of the Eridanus Fellowship will grow more familiar with him as their advisor.

Professor Dmitri Marikov

Advisor, Andromeda Fellowship

Personal Brief:
Professor Marikov has been a professor at St. Laudine's Academy since 1965 and continues to share his expertise in history with our students. He is one of the first instructors to be required to teach a virtual course through our new online interface. Students who find themselves in the Andromeda Fellowship will become more acquainted with Professor Marikov as their advisor.

Professor Madeleine Franklin

Personal Brief:
Professor Franklin became our Health and Nutrition expert here at St. Laudine's Academy in 2007. Her expertise in the various foods that the Awlyn can consume to maintain a normal, healthy life. Her methods help maintain the privacy of the Awlyn and their nutritional needs.

Professor Wesley Vanderzandt

Responsible: SLA Newspaper and SLA Yearbook

Personal Brief:
"Wes" is a recent addition to the faculty at St. Laudine's Academy. His interest in teaching the students the biology and fallacies of typical human assumptions in regards to the genetic makeup of the Awlyn has propelled his career here at St. Laudine's Academy. Though he will not be teaching Biology directly through our online courses, he will be assisting in the online Biology lessons as needed. He has graciously volunteered his time to run our media courses: Our online activities newspaper and our online yearbook.

Professor Mildred Joliet

Advisor, Cygnus Fellowship

Personal Brief:
Professor Joliet joined the faculty at St. Laudine's Academy in 1986 after graduating with honors from MIT. Her alchemy and chemistry knowledge allows us to teach our campus based students the skills they need to succeed in their integration with the general public after graduating from St. Laudine's Academy. She will assist with online programs throughout the year and will lead our Cygnus fellowship's online activities.

Lineage:
She has the distinction of being the first Chaniqus faculty member at any Awlyn institution.
