The first line is exactly the same as AMUN ended his letter to Mikey.
Rough translation: "the light from the darkness"
The IP from the comment seems to be a hint to the cypher wheel (120.84.73.659 = 1208473659 = Code from Cypher Wheel)
Using the cypher wheel on the coded message reveals:
