The CipherWheel program, written by TheIllustratedMan, to emulate the physical CipherWheel held by Dionysus.

CTRL + LEFT/RIGHT arrows: Move column highlight (for easier decoding).
Selected row moves down with character key press (for faster decoding).

Added Functionality:
CTRL + UP/DOWN arrows: Move selected wheel up/down.
Any character key (a-z, 0-9): If character exists on selected wheel, spin the wheel until that character is in the left column.
About box now contains instructions.

Usage:
UP/DOWN arrows: Change selected wheel (highlighted in blue)
